Rena is an AI-powered mobile application for virtual wedding dress try-ons. The app allows users to:
- Upload photos
- Select dress templates
- Generate virtual try-on images
- Save and share results
- Purchase credits for additional generations
3. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may NOT:
- Modify the app
- Reverse engineer it
- Remove proprietary notices
- Use it commercially
- Transfer your rights
4. User Accounts and Registration
4.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate information, maintain confidential credentials, and accept responsibility for all account activity.
4.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
5. Credits and Purchases
5.1 Credit System
New users receive one free credit. Additional credits require in-app purchases.
5.2 Credit Packages
Available packages: 10, 24, and 50 credits. Regional pricing varies.
5.3 Credit Usage
Each image generation uses one credit. Credits are non-refundable, non-expiring, and non-transferable between accounts.
5.4 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. You agree to Apple's terms for in-app purchases.
5.5 Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through the App Store, not to Rena.
6. User Content
6.1 Your Photos
By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process the photos for the purpose of providing our services.
6.2 Prohibited Content
You may NOT upload content that:
- You don't own rights to
- Contains nudity or explicit material
- Contains violence
- Involves illegal activities
- Violates intellectual property
- Contains malware
- Is otherwise illegal
6.3 Generated Images
You own generated images stored locally on your device and may share them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
The app, design, features, and underlying technology are our property protected by copyright and trademark laws.
7.2 Template Designs
Wedding dress templates are provided for virtual try-on purposes only and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially.
7.3 Trademarks
"Rena" and the company logo are protected trademarks requiring written permission for use.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use the app to:
- Engage in illegal activities
- Violate jurisdictional laws
- Interfere with servers
- Gain unauthorized access
- Extract data using automated systems
- Impersonate others
- Harass users
- Send spam
- Conduct competitive analysis
9. AI Technology Limitations
9.1 No Guarantee of Results
AI-generated images are approximations and may not perfectly represent actual clothing. Results vary based on photo quality and lighting.
9.2 Not a Product Representation
Generated images are for visualization only and don't represent actual available products or affiliated designers.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We disclaim warranties including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy
- Error-free operation
11. Limitation of Liability
We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.
Total liability is capped at amounts paid for credits within the past 12 months. Regional laws may vary.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us and our representatives from claims, damages, losses, and expenses stemming from:
- Your app usage
- Terms violations
- Third-party rights violations
- Your uploaded content
13. Third-Party Services
The app integrates with:
- Apple App Store
- RevenueCat
- Firebase (Google)
- Replicate (AI processing)
Third-party service usage follows their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
14. Modifications to the App and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice or liability.

These Terms may be revised at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use indicates acceptance.
15. Termination
